EveryOnMenu

Terms

These terms are an agreement between EveryOnWeb (“we”) and the restaurants that use EveryOnMenu, and they also cover diners who order through it. By signing up, or by ordering from a menu, you agree to them.

What EveryOnMenu is

Software that shows a restaurant's menu when a diner scans the QR code on a table, sends the order to the restaurant's screen, and shows the restaurant's own UPI details for payment. We provide the software. We don't cook, sell or deliver food, and we are not a party to the sale between a diner and a restaurant.

Money

  • Diners pay the restaurant directly, by UPI or at the table. We never collect, hold or pass on a diner's money, and we take no commission on orders.
  • Because the payment goes straight to the restaurant, questions about a bill, a refund or a wrong charge are between the diner and the restaurant.

For restaurants

  • The fee. EveryOnMenu is sold for a one-time fee, agreed with you before your account is approved. There is no monthly charge.
  • Your menu and prices. You are responsible for what your menu says — dishes, prices, taxes, allergens, your FSSAI number — and for charging and invoicing correctly, including GST where it applies.
  • Your food and service. Food safety, licences, and what happens at the table are yours.
  • Your logins. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your staff's logins; “Who changed what” shows you who did each thing.
  • Reviews. You may reply to reviews publicly. You cannot edit or delete what a diner wrote.
  • Fair use. Don't use EveryOnMenu for anything unlawful, to mislead diners, or to try to reach another restaurant's data. We may suspend an account that does.

For diners

  • Order only from a table you are actually at.
  • Reviews should be honest and about your own visit. We may remove a review that is abusive, unlawful or clearly not about a real meal.

Availability

We work to keep EveryOnMenu running and fix problems quickly, but we can't promise it will never be down. If it is, a restaurant can still take orders the usual way.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for a restaurant's food, prices or service, or for losses caused by the service being unavailable. If we are found responsible for anything, the most we will pay is the fee the restaurant paid us.

Changes and disputes

If we change these terms, we will update this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
